CDD Board of Supervisors - Open Position

The Solterra Resort CDD, a local unit of special purpose government created under Florida law, has constructed and is responsible for the maintenance of certain improvements, infrastructure, and facilities within the District. The CDD is primarily responsible for ponds, areas outside of the community gates, and some well and irrigation structures. A five-person Board of Supervisors, which meets once a month, is responsible for overseeing the operation of the CDD. Board members are paid $200 for each meeting attended.

There is currently one (1) vacant CDD Supervisor position that will be appointed by the sitting Supervisors for the remainder of a two (2) year term.

Solterra Resort residents who are interested in applying for the position should submit a resume highlighting their community and public service, as well as any applicable work experience, to the District Manager for the Board's consideration.  Please be sure to include your name, address, and contact information.

Please note that all information submitted will be a public record and subject to public records requests.  Interested candidates must be Florida residents and citizens of the United States to qualify for a Supervisor position.

Thank you,

Your CDD Board of Supervisors and Management Team
